Application uses React.JS, WebAPI \& Microsoft .NET Core Technologies with SQL Server and No SQL database (SOLR / Cosmos DB). **Qualifications** **Education** * BE, BTech/ ME, MTech **Experience/ Skills** * 2 to 5Years of experience as developer * Hands\-On experience on + Azure, + Microservices, + .Net Core, C\#, + JQuery, + Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, SQL Server. + Version control using GIT or similar * Ability to work with Technical Lead to clear ambiguity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement. **Responsibilities** * Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. * Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. * Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem. * Provide prompt and accurate response to customer’s issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues. * Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organization’s contractual commitments. * Develop, compile and test code.
