We seek professionals with a service-oriented attitude and strong commitment."** **VACANCY: Logistics Analyst** **Department:** Logistics / Operations **JOB OBJECTIVE** Analyze, coordinate, and optimize logistics processes for transportation, distribution, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze distribution routes to optimize time and cost. * Monitor deliveries and order fulfillment (On-Time In-Full, OTIF). * Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and commercial departments. * Control and monitor inventory levels. * Prepare logistics reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify deviations and propose process improvements. * Manage delivery incidents (delays, returns, shortages). * Validate logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, proof of delivery). * Support demand planning and supply replenishment. * Supervise compliance with logistics policies and procedures.
