




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise teams, design and implement training plans, and manage onboarding and performance evaluation processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of staff training and development. ***Training Coordinator*** **Requirements** * University degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the work team. * Design and execute training plans. * Prepare DC3 and DNC documents in accordance with regulations. * Manage the Training Registration System (SIRCE). * Carry out the onboarding process for new employees. * Evaluate staff performance in training and prepare performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage the training evidence archive for staff, both physical and virtual formats. * Efficiently update and maintain training matrices. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturdays, 9:00–15:00 hrs. **Location:** * Toluca Industrial Zone. **Position Type:** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $12,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
