Continuous training and growth opportunities Nissan Torres Corzo Hiring for: Service Advisor Requirements: \-Minimum 2 years of experience \-Completed high school education \-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive \-Proactive attitude \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: \-Receive and assist customers with personalized consultation \-Open service orders with accurate and complete information in the shortest possible time \-Quickly assess customer needs and offer current promotions \-Conduct vehicle inspection and walk-around, including inventory of personal belongings \-Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor to evaluate additional repairs \-Obtain customer authorization before performing extra repairs \-Ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines \-Maintain constant communication with the customer regarding progress or delays \-Accurately enter customer data into the DMS without duplication \-Provide detailed explanation of completed work upon vehicle delivery \-Show replaced parts to the customer as proof of service \-Supervise and guarantee impeccable vehicle cleaning \-Resolve customer concerns or dissatisfaction immediately \-Perform digital check-in to streamline the customer experience \-Undergo training in negotiation skills, consultative selling, and objection handling We Offer: \-Base salary + commissions \-Statutory benefits \-Continuous training \-Growth opportunities Send your CV to: aux.rh.forum@gtcnissan.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,600.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
