We operate a **staggered shift system** from Monday to Friday, enabling us to maintain branch operations from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with well-organized shifts (e.g., 8:30\-5:30, 9:00\-6:00, or 10:00\-7:00\). * **Your Saturdays end early!** Everyone works from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., ensuring you enjoy your afternoons and Sundays. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals. * **Inventory Control:** Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and prevent shrinkage. * **Operational Logistics:** Organize incoming and outgoing merchandise (spare parts/accessories) and manage fulfillment flow. * **Warehouse Standards:** Ensure the area remains immaculate, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. * **Reporting:** Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with management. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Proven experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years as a supervisor, warehouse manager, or warehouse responsible person. * **Leadership:** Ability to lead operational teams and resolve conflicts. * **Order and methodology:** Interest in processes, inventory control, and use of systems (computer proficiency). * **Results orientation:** Proactive, honest, and committed to order. **Are you ready for the challenge?** We want to learn about your experience! **Please submit your application or a well-prepared CV** at: **Address:** Av. 31 Pte. 3110, Col.
