You will lead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes, tools, and new technologies, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. We value proactive individuals with an innovative vision and a passion for delivering impactful solutions. **What You Will Do** * Design, implement, and manage production processes for the Optical Connectivity segment. * Design, quote, and optimize tooling and peripherals required for manufacturing. * Document standard processes and train operational staff according to the guidelines of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Develop line balancing projects and improve standard times. * Carry out the technical implementation of engineering changes. * Design and optimize production layouts. * Introduce new technologies and methods into manufacturing processes. * Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by adhering to all approved practices and procedures, participating in cleaning activities, and proposing improvements. * Fulfill the responsibilities and authorities specified in the control plans associated with the position. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Degree in Photonic Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, New Product Introduction, or product engineering on fiber optic projects. * Solid knowledge in optical connector assembly. * Skills with quality and problem\-solving tools (8D, PDCA, 5W). * Strong statistical knowledge. * Conversational English proficiency. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience in fiber optic manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in modeling software (e.g., Siemens NX). * Black Belt certification. * Experience in technical\-level Project Management. * Previous experience working with fiber optic products.
