Emergency response and report preparation. **Job Objective:** Ensure the physical security of facilities, personnel, equipment, and materials within the work area, preventing theft, damage, and unauthorized access. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Access Control:** * Verify entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, customers, and suppliers. * Record entries, exits, material loads, and types in the logbook. * Check identification documents and verify designated areas to grant access. * **Surveillance and Patrol:** * Conduct periodic patrols throughout work areas. * Safeguard materials as required. * Detect and report abnormal situations. * **Asset and Material Protection:** * Monitor outgoing materials and verify alignment with authorized loading slips. * Prevent theft or loss of tools, machinery, or fuel. * Secure storage areas and loading points. * **Emergency Response:** * Respond according to established protocols for fires, accidents, or security incidents. * Immediately notify responsible personnel of any anomalies. * Assist in evacuation and access control during emergencies. * **Recordkeeping and Reporting:** * Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, patrols, and controls performed. * Prepare daily or weekly security activity reports. * Report damages, irregularities, or violations detected. **Required Competencies:** * Responsibility and integrity. * Observational skills and attention to detail. * Discipline and task adherence. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Basic knowledge of mobile device usage (sending and writing messages appropriately). **Working Conditions:** * 24-hour shifts. * Work in open environments and field conditions. * Direct coordination with the Security Manager.
