




Job Summary: Configure and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) from backlog, ensuring proper automation, business rules, security, reporting, and UAT/deployment support. DESCRIPTION Build and configure the Salesforce solution (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) based on the defined backlog, ensuring correct implementation of automations, business rules, security, reporting, and support during UAT and deployment. REQUIREMENTS **Responsibilities** * Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud per user stories and acceptance criteria. * Implement Case Management (record types, queues, assignment rules, layouts, status). * Configure Opportunities and pipeline (stages, required fields, validations). * Develop automations using Flows (record\-triggered, screen flows). * Implement Approval Processes (PLD/Legal) with notifications and traceability. * Configure profiles, roles, and permission sets. * Implement validation rules and data quality controls. * Create operational and executive reports and dashboards. * Support during QA and UAT (defect analysis and resolution). * Prepare for and support go\-live and hypercare. * Document technical\-functional configurations implemented. **Requirements** * 4 to 7\+ years configuring Salesforce. * Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Proficiency in Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules. * Experience in Case Management and Opportunity management. * Knowledge of security models (roles, sharing, permission sets). * Experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce. * Experience participating in UAT and defect resolution. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * High autonomy and quality orientation. **Desired Qualifications** * Salesforce Administrator certification. * Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification. * Platform App Builder. * Experience in multi\-country environments. * Experience in regulated processes. * Experience with integrations/APIs.
