Identify deviations and implement corrective actions. Train and evaluate personnel under supervision. Prepare production and shift performance reports. **Required Profile** Industrial, Textile, Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing plant. Knowledge of production process control. Proficiency in handling key performance indicators.
