Operational staff management **We are looking for an Industrial Engineer** with strong leadership ability and solid hands-on manufacturing floor experience to join our team as Process Owner. The primary objective is to maintain operational discipline, optimize production lines, and guarantee a safe and efficient work environment within a demanding manufacturing setting. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Staff Management:** Direct supervision of work crews, attendance control, area organization, and strategic role assignment. * **Manufacturing Optimization:** Continuous analysis and improvement of processes to reduce waste and eliminate downtime. * **Goal Achievement Assurance:** Ensuring production volumes meet quality standards and agreed delivery deadlines. * **Industrial Safety:** Strict monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and compliance with safety protocols. * **KPI Management:** Monthly reporting and analysis of KPIs to management. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in manufacturing processes.
