Today, we are looking for someone to lead the launch of a store 100% focused on Beauty: a specialized space dedicated to skincare, makeup, and international trends. **We are looking for a person passionate about the beauty world, with solid experience in beauty retail and leadership of sales teams.** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care stores.** * **Solid knowledge of:** * **Skincare routines and skin types.** * **Makeup (products, basic techniques, and trends).** * **Beauty industry launches and trends.** * Experience working with sales targets, average transaction value, and conversion rates. * Leadership focused on continuous team development and product training. * Excellent service attitude and consultative sales approach. * Flexible availability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the store’s commercial strategy focused on growing the beauty segment. * Achieve and closely monitor sales and productivity KPIs. * Train the team on product knowledge (skincare, makeup, and trends). * Supervise personalized customer advisory and consultative shopping experiences. * Ensure proper display, rotation, and setup of beauty product launches. * Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and strategic replenishment. * Guarantee a specialized and differentiated shopping experience. **We Offer:** * Base monthly net salary of **$13,500** (paid biweekly) * Performance-based bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Paid leave days. * Brand discounts. * Partnerships with educational institutions. * Opportunity for growth within an expanding brand.
