**We are looking for talent at Grupo Pixca!** **We have an opening for a Purchasing Manager.** **Objective:** Ensure that banquets and restaurants have all necessary supplies fully stocked so that operations are not affected. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that all orders are entered into the system every 15 days prior to the event. * Cross-check orders against inventories and proformas. * Authorize orders. * Prepare purchase orders for suppliers. * Generate invoices for receipts. * Register incoming products in the system and subsequently issue outgoing entries to consumption centers. * Issue policies with movement records, along with purchase orders and requisitions. * Verify cash expenses and supplier payments. * Conduct month-end inventory counts. * Confirm that no supplies are missing—both in the kitchen and at the bar—for event execution and inventory management. * Prepare purchase orders for restaurant suppliers. * Manage purchases for banquets and restaurants. * Deliver supplies to banquets and restaurants. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed). * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund contribution of 5%. * Uniforms. * Staff cafeteria.
