Preparation of shipping documents via supplier portal. Validation of documentation corresponding to each order (invoice, purchase order, appointment, and shipping document). Physical inspection of orders and verification against invoice prior to shipment. Distribution of orders according to scheduled route or appointment. Verification of orders ready for shipment with the Security department. Daily cleaning of assigned area. Tracking of shipments until delivery is completed. Data entry and transmission of shipping documents via ERP. Support to the commercial department. Reporting of shipping documents by supplier. Sharing signed and stamped customer invoices as evidence to the Billing department. Assisting with tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
