Create and coordinate strategic content for social media Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing and communication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and budget, while managing and strengthening the brand’s digital community through social media, maintaining close, strategic, and company-identity-aligned communication. **Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor marketing, communication, or community-building projects. * Define schedules, deliverables, responsible parties, and priorities. * Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. * Identify risks, propose solutions, and optimize processes. * Prepare progress and results reports for management. * Plan and execute the social media content calendar. * Create, coordinate, or supervise content generation (copywriting, creative ideas, briefs). * Manage the digital community: respond to messages, comments, and DMs. * Monitor brand reputation and audience interaction. * Identify engagement opportunities, collaborations, and organic growth. * Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions). * Identify trends and propose brand-aligned creative ideas. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field. **Experience** * 2–4 years in project management and/or community management. * Experience coordinating teams or multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
