Monitoring staff training and development A reputable company in the Retail sector specializing in the sale of paints and coatings is seeking: BRANCH SUPERVISOR Location: Cuautla, Morelos, and surrounding areas. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Retail sector (e.g., Oxxo, Neto, 3B, Walmart), having managed at least 6 branches. * Valid Tax Status Certificate under the salary and wages tax regime (updated through 2026\). * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Experience in customer prospecting, negotiations, and sales follow-up. * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise branch-level achievement of sales targets. * Monitor staff training and development. * Prospect, follow up on, and manage the customer portfolio. * Analyze and report on sales performance indicators (weekly, biweekly, and monthly). * Inventory control. * Drive and implement sales strategies. * Follow up on brand audits.
