IMSS enrollment transactions and Fonacot notices **Conde de Valenciana Foundation seeks a Payroll Assistant in Obrera \- Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Conde de Valenciana Eye Hospital is seeking a **Payroll Assistant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with biweekly payroll draft preparation. * Monitor and process food vouchers. * Monitor the review and approval of vacation requests. * Receive incident reports for inclusion in payroll drafts. * Assist in compiling accounting entries. * Prepare monthly Fonacot withholding notices / download monthly Fonacot credit certificates. * Process IMSS enrollment transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Archive employee documentation in personnel files. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) * Graduated or intern status * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position/area (preferred) **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts) * Rotating Saturdays\*\* **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Punctuality bonus. * Food vouchers starting after 3 months of employment. **Salary: $12,000 gross per month.** **Work Location:** * Chimalpopoca 14, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06800 Ciudad de México.
