




Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with established processes and contributing to the organization’s smooth operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational and administrative support in Human Resources 2. Management of personnel files and basic recruitment processes 3. Payroll calculation and control, including CFDI and IMSS Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with personnel administration, recruitment, file management, and employee assistance processes, thereby contributing to the organization’s efficient operation and positive work environment. Responsibilities: * Personnel administration and personnel file management. * Basic **recruitment and selection** processes. * **Payroll calculation and control** (earnings, deductions, and incidents). * Generation and review of **pay slips and CFDI**. * Basic knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**. * IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). * Handling of **IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**. * Control of **vacations, medical leaves, and attendance**. * Preparation of **HR and payroll reports**. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency and payroll system experience.
