Position Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager with experience in sales and operations to lead the commercial and operational strategy of a business unit, managing logistics, warehousing, and personnel. Supervise industrial sales executives and administrative processes. **We require: Distribution Center Manager (with experience in sales and operations).** **Location: Jiutepec, Morelos.** **General Profile:** * **Education:** Engineering or Bachelor's degree with diploma. * \+5 years of managerial-level commercial experience managing a business unit: industrial branch, building materials store, distribution center (CEDIS), warehouse, or plant. * Experience in B2B industrial sales with large-volume inventory management. * Intermediate proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of commercial and operational KPIs. * Experience handling audits. * CRM and ERP knowledge is desirable. **Ideal Profile:** A professional with prior experience as a manager overseeing a business unit (industrial branch, plant, or distribution center), responsible for leading both operations and commercial strategy; must oversee logistics, warehousing, distribution, and operational staff, as well as commercial management through supervision of industrial sales executives, ensuring achievement of established monthly targets. Additionally, the candidate must ensure proper handling of administrative processes, including compliance with STPS, civil protection, and other audits.
