The ideal candidate understands how to capture attention within the first few seconds, communicate product benefits naturally, and generate genuine audience interaction. Responsibilities * Create UGC content for TikTok and other social media platforms. * Host TikTok Live sessions with a focus on engagement, interaction, and sales. * Record dynamic videos with compelling hooks and conversion-oriented storytelling. * Present products naturally, approachably, and persuasively on camera. * Follow TikTok trends, viral sounds, and relevant formats. * Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas, scripts, and concepts. * Interact with the audience and respond to comments during live streams. * Adapt content based on metrics and performance. Essential Skills * Excellent on-camera presence and delivery. * Experience creating organic and commercial UGC videos. * Ability to host entertaining TikTok Live sessions with high viewer retention. * Capacity to improvise, communicate effectively, and sustain live conversations. * Knowledge of hooks, storytelling, and short-video structure. * Ability to convey product benefits naturally. * Familiarity with TikTok trends, algorithms, and viral formats. * Creativity to consistently generate fresh ideas. * Clear diction, energy, and strong on-camera presence. * Basic editing skills using apps such as CapCut, TikTok, or similar. * Fundamental understanding of content metrics and engagement analytics. * Organizational skills and consistency in recording content and meeting deadlines.
