Store Manager – What will make you stand out in this position? Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators (sales, shrinkage, inventory, and turnover). Ensure full staffing and team development. Prevent losses and ensure correct operational execution. Maintain standards of order, cleanliness, and service. Implement action plans derived from performance results. Required Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the retail industry. Bachelor’s degree must be completed, or at least 50% of credits completed. Experience managing work teams. Results- and customer service-oriented mindset. Numerical aptitude and ability to analyze performance indicators. Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. Salary Gross monthly salary: $14,000 Gross monthly salary with bonus: Up to $19,500 (based on achievement of performance indicators) Salary: Starting from $2,914.66 net weekly. Available Shifts (One fixed weekday off) Morning shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Midday shift: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Evening shift: 1:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. We Offer: Fully paid training.
