Job Summary: This position ensures quality standards on site, supervises finishes, manages DTU releases with INFONAVIT, and liaises with external verification agencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and train staff in quality processes and INFONAVIT DTU releases Quality Resident – Mass Housing **Location:** Morelos (residency in the state is mandatory) Job Objective Ensure compliance with quality standards on site by supervising finishes, managing proper DTU releases with INFONAVIT, and liaising with and following up on observations from external verification agencies. Requirements Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated or intern). 1–2 years of experience in mass housing projects. Proven experience supervising finishes (painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, glazing, metalwork). Knowledge of the DTU release process with INFONAVIT (direct experience preferred). Experience handling external verifiers and tracking observations. Proficiency in maintaining construction logs and technical reports. Willingness to work on-site. Responsibilities Supervise and validate finish quality according to project specifications. Track the DTU release process. Liaise with external verifiers and ensure timely closure of observations. Coordinate corrective actions with site supervisors and contractors. Validate housing units prior to delivery and title transfer. Prepare status and progress reports.
