If your skills include designing, planning, deploying, and implementing B2B operations strategy to support business profitability objectives; being accountable for end-to-end management of third-party involvement in marketing and retailing the company’s products to end customers; then your innovation will go far beyond simply improving sales. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop medium- and long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with a defined group of existing customers; identify and manage interactions with the assigned group of existing customers to detect cross-selling, upselling, and recurring sales opportunities * Resolve issues and ensure customers receive high-quality customer service * Develop customer retention and growth plans, and strategies to build profitable business with assigned accounts * Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends. Professionals in this specialization may sell directly to the end buyer or indirectly through channel partners.
