In this role, you will be the first face our customers see upon entering the agency and will provide them with an exceptional experience from the very first moment. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary or high school education * Experience and passion for customer service (minimum 1 year) * Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize urgent tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) **Key Responsibilities:** * Greeting and courteously attending to customers * Supervising cleanliness and order in the reception area * Assigning customers to sales advisors * Supporting administrative tasks * Managing customer service department files * Registering customer arrivals and collecting contact information * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales showroom * Preparing reports on issues occurring in the sales showroom * Providing information to customers and directing them to appropriate staff * Receiving customers, reports, orders, and managing amenities; registering all data in the database. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $9,451 MXN per month (net) * Statutory benefits from day one * Growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, with 2-hour lunch break); Saturdays (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) * Rotating weekend rest (Saturday or Sunday) **Are You the Candidate We're Looking For?** *If you have customer service experience, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow professionally, don’t hesitate to apply!* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,451.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
