We are looking for passionate individuals with a proactive attitude and commercial skills who wish to grow professionally in the sales field. **We offer:** * Base salary \+ average commissions of $25,500\.00 upon achieving targets. * Aggressive, uncapped commission scheme tied to target achievement (exceeding $25,000\.00\). * Statutory benefits from day one and paid training. * Professional growth and development plan within the company. **Requirements:** * Age between 20 and 45 years. * High school diploma (incomplete or completed). * Proven experience in promotion and sales. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (mid-week day off). * Experience with financial products or intangible services. * Strong verbal communication skills and direct client interaction ability. * Ability to prospect clients inside retail stores. **Key responsibilities:** * Actively approach and prospect customers at the assigned location. * Promote and issue credit cards (TDC). * Manage and enter information into the system. * Effectively close sales.
