Job Summary: This position focuses on credit promotion and recovery, team leadership, and close collaboration with clients to achieve objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership, guiding staff to achieve objectives. 3. 80% fieldwork, 20% office work. **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CREDIT COORDINATOR!** In this role, you will be **responsible for credit promotion and recovery**, working closely with our clients and handling key documents required for credit processing. You will also **lead a team**, guiding your staff to achieve company objectives. **What do we offer?** **Upon joining** * Initial gross monthly salary: $9,279\.00 (for the first 3 months). * Transportation allowance: $1,373\.00 per month for the first 3 months. * Mobile phone with $200 monthly airtime. **After 3 months:** * Gross monthly salary: $10,660\.00 * Transportation allowance: $2,060\.00 per month * Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme based on goal achievement. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Year-end bonus, profit-sharing, and double savings fund. * Vacation days and additional rest days for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official holidays and CNBV-designated non-working days. **Position Characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed based on productivity, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 80% fieldwork and 20% office work. * Team-based work and direct contact with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Promotion and outreach to acquire new clients. * Processing credit applications and analyzing information. * Recovery of granted credits. * Home visits for client follow-up. * Coaching and monitoring of team activities under your supervision. * Team leadership: guide your team toward achieving results. **What are we looking for in a candidate?** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience managing groups or personnel. * Availability to travel for 5 weeks for training (fully covered: accommodation, transportation, and meals).
