Job Description and Detailed Activities **Position Objective:** Develop and establish processes for the introduction of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, tactical initiatives, and productivity (VA\-VE) projects through appropriate planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure compliance with cost, quality, and timeline requirements that support achievement of organizational objectives and adherence to plant operational metrics. **Responsibilities:** * Support manufacturing processes for the introduction of new products, VAVE and tactical projects. * Comply with EHS standards during development of new processes. * Provide support during pilot runs or production launches, and generate corresponding reports. * Support determination of assembly times (routings) and efficient process flow. * Pursue continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. * Improve and maintain efficiency \& optimize headcount. * Comply with ISO 9001 \& 14001 systems. * Monitor performance metrics for new products and define actions to improve processes. * Comply with NPI procedures. * Provide effective and timely support to functional areas requiring assistance. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Completed university degree (diploma). * Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical specialization. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * ERP system, AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Office software suite. * Intermediate English. **Tasks:** * Define estimated manufacturing budgets for assigned projects. * Conduct PFMEA and define controls to ensure robust processes for new products or process changes. * Perform predetermined time studies for new products. * Calculate takt time and conduct cell capacity analysis based on demand. * Generate work instructions and line balancing for DV and PV validation runs. * Participate in design reviews and Design Validation (DV). * Identify product design opportunities during DV runs and document them.
