Do you have experience evaluating technological risks, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity? **A leading national technology implementation company** is seeking to develop your talent as a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER**, due to growth-related needs. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience (internships accepted) * Technical support experience * Availability to travel within the region **Education:** Technical degree in Systems or Computer Science, or related field — Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering. **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Familiarity with protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new devices running Windows 10 or later operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of 12,000 pesos, tax-free. * Travel allowances (local travel within the region) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (half-day, depending on location)
