**LOCATION: BOCA DEL RÍO, VERACRUZ** We are looking for a **Systems Engineer** to provide **remote and on-site support** to branches nationwide and corporate offices, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, networks, and the protection of the company’s information. The position requires **availability to travel**, handling operational incidents, and providing direct user support. This role entails **high responsibility in information handling and operations**, so we seek committed individuals with availability and a supportive attitude. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (graduated or intern). * Experience in technical support (remote and on-site). * Availability to **travel nationwide**. * **Availability to handle urgent incidents when required.** * Responsible handling of confidential information. * Valid driver’s license (desirable). **Desirable Knowledge** * Support for computer equipment and users. * Basic installation of systems and equipment. * Support for networks and connectivity. * Use and support of internal systems or CRM. * Security cameras (desirable). **Skills** * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and follow-up. * Strong communication skills with non-technical personnel. * Problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Availability and service-oriented attitude. **Job Conditions** * Office and branch-based work. * Frequent travel according to operational needs. * Handling of critical incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide remote and on-site technical support to branches and corporate offices. * Address reports of malfunctioning or “out-of-order” computer equipment. * Assist in the installation and commissioning of systems and equipment in new branches. * Provide support and guidance to users regarding the internal system/CRM. * Assist in the installation and inspection of security cameras. * Handle basic network, link, and connectivity issues. * Safeguard and protect the company’s information and access credentials. * Follow up on reports until resolution.
