If you enjoy **working outdoors**, talking with people, and having a **dynamic and well-paid job**, then Aviva is the right place for you. **What Will You Do Daily?** ------------------------- * Visit businesses in your area following pre-established routes or routes you propose * Offer Aviva credit to business owners you already know * Assist them in initiating their application (it’s quick and easy) * Maintain contact with your clients and provide effective follow-up Conduct small referral campaigns to expand your portfolio * REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * 2 years of experience **placing credit in the field**. * Strong communication skills and a passion for serving customers. * Preference for **working outdoors** over working at a branch office. * Availability from **Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm**. * Completed **high school diploma** or an **incomplete bachelor's degree**. **What Aviva Offers You** -------------------------- * **Monthly base salary: $9,582\.47 to $12,000** * **Monthly commissions of up to $20,000** * **Timely bi-weekly payments** * **Transportation allowance: $400 per bi-weekly period** * Statutory benefits: IMSS, 15-day year-end bonus, vacation time, and 25% vacation premium * **Direct employment contract with Aviva** * **100% IMSS coverage** * **7 personal days per year** * Paid training * Birthday leave * Maternity or paternity bonus (1 bi-weekly period) * Complimentary uniform * Work tools * A genuine opportunity for growth * An excellent working environment **Why Aviva?** ------------------- Because here you **grow with us**.
