Job Description At Chat2desk Mexico, we are looking for a Cloud Services Specialist holding a valid Scrum Master certification and at least one cloud provider certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI), responsible for designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions. This role combines technical cloud leadership with agile methodology practices, including participation in infrastructure and application migration, cost and performance optimization, as well as cloud service operations and security—ensuring continuous delivery aligned with business objectives. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in: \- Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or Computer Science \- Software Engineering \- Telecommunications \- Related field Certifications (Mandatory) \- Valid Scrum Master certification At least one valid cloud provider certification, e.g.: \- AWS (Associate, Professional, or Specialty) \- Microsoft Azure (Associate or Expert) \- Google Cloud (Associate or Professional) \- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cloud service implementation and operations \- Cloud architecture design and implementation \- Migration of infrastructure and applications to the cloud \- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum) Responsibilities and Activities Cloud Architecture and Implementation \- Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures. \- Implement and configure computing, storage, networking, and database services. \- Select the most suitable cloud provider based on technical and business requirements. \- Migrate on-premise applications and infrastructure to the cloud (lift & shift, refactor, re-platform). \- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). Cloud Service Operations and Optimization \- Monitor cloud service performance, availability, and capacity. \- Optimize costs (FinOps), performance, and resource utilization. \- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and service continuity. \- Resolve incidents and issues related to cloud infrastructure. Security and Compliance \- Implement security controls (IAM, encryption, firewalls, private networks). \- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices. \- Manage access, identities, and permissions. \- Support technical audits and security reviews. \- Agile Work (Scrum Master) \- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective. \- Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework within the technical team. \- Identify and remove technical or organizational impediments. \- Promote continuous improvement and incremental value delivery. \- Collaborate with the Product Owner on technical backlog prioritization. Technical Collaboration and Leadership \- Serve as the cloud technical reference for the team. \- Advise developers, DevOps teams, and business units. \- Coordinate activities with cloud providers and internal departments. \- Document architectures, procedures, and best practices.
