**INVENTORY MANAGER**
***Objective:***
Guarantee control and accuracy of health-related medication and supply inventories, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures for efficient and safe management.
***Requirements:***
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in this position (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector).
* Knowledge of applicable health regulations (desirable).
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
***Responsibilities:***
* Supervise and control physical and system-based inventories, cyclic inventories, and product withdrawal simulations.
* Coordinate and conduct cyclic counts and inventory audits.
* Ensure proper product rotation under the FIFO principle.
* Monitor expiration dates, batches, and storage conditions.
* Report and analyze inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods with other departments.
* Comply with regulatory guidelines (COFEPRIS, Good Storage and Distribution Practices).
* Prepare inventory reports and control indicators.
