Resolve complaints and ensure quality across all areas Hotel Hyatt Monterrey is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. **Objective**: Maximize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction through direct supervision of the following departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Customer Service. **1. Service Excellence (Front Office)** * Ensure check-in and check-out processes are efficient and meet brand standards. **2. Quality and Cleanliness (Housekeeping)** * Supervise cleaning standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring daily inspections. * Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities. * Coordinate with maintenance to ensure preventive room maintenance schedules are fulfilled without impacting room availability. **3. Guest Experience and Service** * Serve as the primary contact for complaint resolution, converting negative experiences into brand loyalty. * Supervise Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent freshness and presentation. * Analyze guest satisfaction metrics (GEM/NPS) and implement immediate action plans to improve scores. * Oversee room inventory management and efficient allocation for extended stays. * Ensure proper use of property management systems and handling of the **World of Hyatt** loyalty program. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Public Relations, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years in operational supervisory roles within the hospitality industry (e.g., Front Office Manager). * Advanced English proficiency. * Emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills with both internal and external guests.
