Job Summary: Manage the warehouse by controlling product inflows and outflows and inventory levels, organizing resources, and coordinating cyclic inventory counts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory control 2. Coordination of inventory counts and improvement plans 3. Ensuring personnel safety in the warehouse Manage the warehouse in accordance with authorized processes and established safety and quality standards to control product inflows and outflows and inventory levels. Organize resources according to the material delivery or dispatch plan. Execute inter-plant transfers as instructed by the distribution (logistics) department. Timely record inventory inflow or outflow transactions in Oracle for the assigned warehouse. Coordinate daily and monthly cyclic inventory counts of materials and report discrepancies to ensure timely follow-up and implementation of related improvement plans, verifying warehouse inflows and outflows.
