Full job description 1.\- Meet the stores' sales and profit budget. 2.\- Maintain a healthy operational cost structure vs. the established budget. 3.\- Conduct the RED meetings for the assigned district. 4.\- Execute Token through authorization request to Controller’s Office, for inter-store merchandise transfers. 5.\- Monitor the behavior and performance of commission agents and store staff. 6.\- Analyze and monitor control tools and reports to advise and identify deviations. (DIGITEM, Deposit Control, AVT, AMC.) 7.\- Establish commercial strategies with store commission agents, according to the micro-market. 8.\- Ensure communication of nationally and zonally defined commercial strategies to each store.
