The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to company growth. Responsibilities: Customer Prospecting: Identify and contact new prospects through various channels (telephone calls, emails, social media, trade fairs, events, etc.). Customer Portfolio Management: Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing customers, aiming for long-term loyalty. Customer Needs Analysis: Understand and analyze customer needs to offer customized solutions. Negotiation and Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales process from product/service presentation to negotiation closure. Post-Sales Follow-up: Ensure customers receive necessary support after purchase, guaranteeing their satisfaction. Achievement of Commercial Targets: Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the logistics sector (road, maritime, air transportation, warehousing, distribution, etc.). Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools. Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis. Availability: Willingness to travel and attend meetings outside the office when required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
