We invite you to join this family as: **Finance Manager** **Objective:** Ensure the financial health of the Leonali Group by guaranteeing implementation of financial guidelines for planning, investment, control, reporting, and legal, tax, and accounting compliance—through managing resource and policy optimization for the sustainability and growth of group companies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Accounting and Finance * Minimum of 10 years of managerial-level experience in Finance and Accounting areas * Preferably 3 years of experience in finance roles within the food industry * Tax knowledge: taxes and contributions * Financial planning skills * Tax knowledge: taxes and contributions * Experience with foreign trade regulations and standards * Analytical and leadership skills **Responsibilities:** * Ensures business financial planning, contributing to building the roadmap to achieve the BHAG. * Ensures definition and generation of financial information aligned with business needs, fostering a business culture that serves as the foundation for transparent and effective decision-making. * Ensures business profitability in the short, medium, and long term by managing budget execution control processes across all business units, guaranteeing preventive and corrective actions to fulfill the business plan and support Leonali’s growth. * Monitors application of Financial Information Standards (NIFs), ensuring accurate recording of the company’s financial transactions to reflect financial health and compliance. * Ensures adherence to tax, governmental, and social security obligations, maintaining a positive compliance opinion that supports business sustainability. * Ensures compliance with SMETA audit requirements, including documentation preparation, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Accident insurance At Leonali, all our Talent Acquisition processes are free of charge, and we focus on identifying new collaborators who align with our company’s values and goals—we do not discriminate based on religion, preference, ethnicity, or social status.
