Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of mass housing projects using monolithic formwork, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to the construction schedule. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct supervision of the construction process using monolithic formwork. 2. Coordination of work fronts for mass housing projects. 3. Quality control for structural elements and finishes. Position Objective Supervise and coordinate the execution of mass housing projects using the monolithic formwork construction system, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to the construction schedule. Responsibilities Direct supervision of the construction process using monolithic formwork (reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, formwork removal, and control of concrete curing times). Coordination of work fronts for mass housing projects. Monitoring of crew productivity per housing unit. Tracking of the construction schedule by phase. Basic review of cost estimates and quantity takeoffs. Quality control for structural elements and finishes after concrete pouring. Recording in the site logbook and daily progress reporting. Supervision of compliance with on-site safety and hygiene standards. Required Profile Civil Engineer or Architect (licensed or intern). 1–2 years of experience in mass housing projects. Proven experience with the monolithic formwork system (not just academic training). Knowledge of concrete pour control and productivity metrics per housing unit. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly targets. Willingness to work 100% on-site.
