Job Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting, understanding, translating, transmitting, managing, and archiving customer information. Responsible for supervising and controlling the confidentiality of all customer information. Establish and maintain internal and external communication platforms, as well as related information windows. Transmit, consolidate, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, promptly communicating key information to relevant departments. Actively collaborate in tracking and resolving important complaints, ensuring customer data is accurate, confidential, and timely managed. Assist the Sales Department Deputy Manager with matters related to the area.
