




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage distribution, coordinate with suppliers, and administer the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with quality management procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages distribution logistics and coordination with domestic suppliers. 2. Conducts effective planning for product shipment and receipt. 3. Negotiates with suppliers to generate savings and optimize deliveries. **Logistics Assistant Required** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU), Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics (in progress or completed). * Training: Distribution logistics process. * Experience: Minimum 2 years. * Skills: Planning, organization, teamwork. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform activities described in procedures established in the Quality Management System (QMS). * Obtain quotations from domestic suppliers for freight, loading, consolidated shipments, and courier services. * Identify and evaluate logistics service providers. * Conduct effective planning for product shipment and receipt. * Coordinate with the Treasury Department for supplier payments and submission of payment vouchers to suppliers. * Coordinate with the warehouse for arrival and receipt of goods. * Send payment vouchers to suppliers. * Plan vehicle fleet inspections. * Refuel the vehicle fleet. * Administer vehicles for shipping goods to customers nationwide. * Request quotations and calculate shipping costs. * Track service requests to suppliers across Mexico. * Negotiate with suppliers (to generate savings) and delivery methods, as well as payment terms according to authorized policies. **Salary:** $11,000 MXN monthly net. Biweekly payments. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Salary: $11,000\.00 per month.
