The candidate will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and maintaining accounting information under the supervision of the Controller. Responsibilities * Handling accounts receivable for U.S. companies * Recording accounting entries and performing bank reconciliations. * Assisting in the preparation of financial reports. * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Supporting internal and external audits. * Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy. Requirements * Fluent English * Valid visa and passport * Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting. * Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with U.S. systems preferred). * Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail. * Academic background in Accounting or related field.
