The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, organizing, and analyzing administrative data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in internal processes. Responsibilities: * Accurately enter data into systems and spreadsheets. * Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts). * Maintain organized physical and digital files. * Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, process tracking). * Identify errors in information and propose process improvements. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in data entry and administration. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Knowledge of administrative systems or ERP is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.
