We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Govern the **end-to-end System Testing process**, ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of technological solutions by **enabling and overseeing test automation, integration into CI/CD pipelines, and the application of Artificial Intelligence to QA**, as levers for operational efficiency, risk reduction, and accelerated delivery. **Main Responsibilities** **Testing Governance and Strategy** * Lead the comprehensive system testing process for assigned requirements. * Define and ensure proper execution of the **functional and non-functional testing strategy**. * Validate test scope, ensuring coverage of critical business scenarios. * Identify quality risks and define timely mitigation plans. * Approve key testing artifacts (strategy, plan, estimates, results). **Test Automation** * Define the **test automation strategy** (what to automate, when, and based on which criteria). * Ensure effective use of automated tests for: + Smoke testing + Regression testing + Critical business testing * Supervise the quality, reusability, and stability of automation frameworks (internal or vendor-provided). * Measure and track metrics such as: + Automated test coverage + Test stability (flaky tests) + Impact on validation time *Note: This role governs and supervises automation; it does not develop scripts operationally.* **CI/CD and Continuous Testing** * Ensure integration of the testing process into **CI/CD pipelines**. * Define **quality checkpoints** within the continuous integration and release cycle. * Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to: + Execute automated tests triggered by events (commit / release) + Properly utilize test environments + Manage test data * Promote **Continuous Testing** practices aligned with Agile and DevOps models. **Artificial Intelligence Applied to QA** * Identify and promote the use of **AI applied to the testing process**, such as: + Assisted test case generation + Analysis of historical defects + Intelligent test prioritization + Early risk identification * Ensure specific validations for systems incorporating AI components (predictive models, chatbots, etc.). * Evaluate and propose AI-capable tools that add value to the QA process. **Management and Coordination** * Manage testing resources (internal team and vendors). * Manage and monitor the **testing budget**. * Coordinate with Development, PMO, ERN, End Users, and Business Areas. * Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to relevant stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering in computer science or related field. **Experience** * 4+ years as Tester / QA Engineer. * 5+ years as Test Lead or QA Lead. * Experience in system testing within complex environments. * Financial sector or highly regulated industry experience preferred. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. **Technical Knowledge** * Functional and non-functional testing (regression, performance, volume). * Test automation (concepts, strategies, frameworks). * Integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines. * Development methodologies: Agile / Scrum / DevOps. * Test and defect management tools (ALM, Jira, Zephyr, or others). * Knowledge of AI applications in QA. **Key Skills** * Leadership and decision-making. * Analytical thinking and risk-oriented approach. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Results-driven mindset and continuous improvement orientation. * Governance and monitoring capability. **Languages:** Intermediate English **Availability:** Not applicable for travel or relocation.
