Junior Graphic Designer

At **MusicVibe**, an industry leader in entertainment, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Junior Designer** to join our team and create logos, advertising campaigns, digital content, etc. If you are a creative individual with experience in event design and a strategic mindset, we want to meet you! **100% in-person position, located next to Mundo E, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.** **\*PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION\*** **Key Responsibilities:** Design and develop graphic materials for digital and print media in accordance with brand guidelines. * Create visual content for social media, campaigns, and special projects. * Adapt and reformat graphic artwork according to specific formats, platforms, and requirements. * Meet established deadlines for each project. * Address requests and feedback from the relevant department, making necessary adjustments. * Maintain organized and backed-up graphic files. * Collaborate with marketing, production, and communications teams. * Ensure visual quality and graphic consistency across all delivered materials. **MAIN FUNCTIONS:** Development of graphic materials for digital and print media; social media content design; support for visual campaigns; adaptation of artwork per brand guidelines; collaboration with marketing and production teams; and tracking of creative deliverables. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and/or print graphic design, including brand management, social media, advertising campaigns, and related materials. · Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Lightroom (desirable) · Visual identity and branding, social media design, basic editorial design, print-ready file preparation, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, basic knowledge of digital formats and visual trends · Creativity and attention to detail, organization and time management, ability to work under pressure · Effective visual communication, teamwork, receptiveness to and application of feedback · Proactivity, responsibility, commitment, positive attitude, professional and collaborative demeanor, openness to continuous learning. · Full-time position. · Availability to handle projects with defined delivery timelines **WE OFFER:** · Salary: $14,000.00 · Minor Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance. · Opportunities for continuous learning in a dynamic, high-performance environment. · Competitive benefits, including Minor Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance. · Possibility to travel and participate in large-scale events alongside a team passionate about music and entertainment. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV to **nemesis.hernandez@musicvibe.mx** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Minor medical expenses insurance * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
