Opportunity to serve as internal auditor for the HSE management system. **HSE Specialist (Health, Safety, and Environment)** Job Mission: This position supervises HSE operational controls, oversight of external contractors, safety precautions for hazardous work, and safety inspections across all processes and machinery at the facility. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at the CIVAC Morelos production plant and administrative offices, in alignment with the regional ESG/HSE strategy. The specialist shall act to prevent risks to personnel health and safety, as well as damage to property, and must propose measures to reduce environmental impact. Reports directly to the ESG/HSE Manager and serves as a member of the emergency response team and internal auditor for the HSE management system. **Professional Profile** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in industrial/environmental engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related field. * **Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).** * Professional Experience: 4–5 years in health, safety, and environmental fields. * IT/Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word). **Requirements and Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of Mexican regulations on Health, Safety, and Environment. * Environmental risk assessment. * Management of non-complex HSE projects. * Safety inspections, root cause analysis, action plans, and effectiveness evaluation. * (Desirable) Experience as an internal auditor for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001\. * (Desirable) Familiarity with quality tools, audits, or standards such as IATF or ISO 9001\. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems. * Organized, independent, self-motivated individual with strong time management skills. * Detail-oriented, resilient, and process-focused. **Monthly Salary:** $23,000\.00 MXN (Benefits as per statutory requirements). **Employment Type:** Permanent contract with SERISALUD. **Work Location:** CIVAC, Jiutepec, Morelos. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs. **Temporary Schedule Adjustment:** One Friday off per week and Saturday work from 9:00–13:00 hrs (only twice per month).
