**Release Certification Manager \- iOS** **Experience:** 12\+ Years **Role:** QA Manager / Release Governance You will govern the complex process of getting code from a developer's machine to the App Store. You manage the risk, the timeline, and the quality criteria, as well maintain the reputation for reliability. **What You'll Do** * **Release Governance:** Define and enforce the Go/No\-Go criteria for all iOS releases, analyzing crash rates, regression results, and performance metrics. * **Team Leadership:** Manage a team of QA Analysts and Release Engineers, conducting performance reviews and career planning. * **App Store Management:** Own the relationship with Apple App Review; manage metadata, compliance, and resolve rejection resolutions swiftly. * **Process Improvement:** Continuously audit the release lifecycle to identify inefficiencies, implementing "Shift\-Left" strategies to catch bugs earlier. * **Stakeholder Mgmt:** Communicate release status, risks, and blockers to VP\-level leadership and Product stakeholders clearly and concisely. **What You'll Bring** * **Experience:** 12\+ years in Software Quality Assurance or Release Management. * **Domain Knowledge:** Deep understanding of Apple’s App Store Guidelines and the submission process. * **Tools:** Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, TestFlight, and Crashlytics/Firebase. * **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage conflict under pressure. * **Data\-Driven:** Ability to use data (crash\-free users, defect density) to make objective release decisions
