Maintain facilities in optimal condition LA CASA DE LOS ABUELOS Due to expansion, we are hiring for: MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma Experience: In the restaurant industry Flexible availability of working hours RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance (painting, plumbing, metalwork, electrical work, drywall, etc.) Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment to ensure optimal operation Practical experience in maintaining and repairing refrigeration and freezing systems, cold line, hot line, fryers, and other kitchen equipment Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and carry out corresponding repairs Ensure facilities are maintained in optimal condition. Required Skills and Knowledge: Solid knowledge of principles and practices related to general preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, plumbing, metalwork, electrical work, etc. Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with the aforementioned equipment.
