Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to lead product development, manufacturing, and launch activities, coordinating teams and managing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in new engineering projects **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions * **Gender:** Unrestricted **Knowledge:** * Product development, components, tooling, materials, and processes * APQP, PPAP, Design/Process FMEA, statistical tools for problem solving, ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standards * Conversational English, verifiable in writing, speaking, and comprehension * Material standards (SAE, ASTM) * Computer-aided design * Machinery and tooling * Tubing processes, assembly, wire forming, brazing, stamping * Heat treatments, plastic injection molding, and molds * GD\&T **Responsibilities:** * Organize, plan, and execute activities related to the development, manufacturing, approval, and launch of modules, floats, springs, wire bending machines, brazing, harnesses, and new products * Participate in new projects (understand/define material and production process specifications) * Lead and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure successful project delivery as Project Leader * Monitor project progress against scheduled timelines **Skills:** * Proficiency with software: Pro/ENGINEER, AutoCAD * Leadership attitude, sound judgment, self-control, analytical thinking, command presence, teamwork, and strong verbal communication * Ability to work under pressure, maintain courteous interaction with subordinates, and manage internal conflicts * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Salary: Negotiable * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements * Vacation bonus of 40% Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $28,000\.00 \- $32,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
