Job Description We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in electrical installations and photovoltaic systems to lead on-site execution of a solar panel installation project in the city of Puebla. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with applicable electrical standards (current NOM\-001\-SEDE), labor code, and best practices for safety and hygiene on site. Main Responsibilities * Daily supervision of solar panel, inverter, wiring, and mounting system installation activities, ensuring quality and adherence to technical specifications. * Verification that all electrical work complies with NOM\-001\-SEDE (Mexican Official Standard for Electrical Installations) and other applicable current regulations. * Ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law and the Federal Regulation on Safety and Health at Work by all on-site personnel. * Coordination of the work team (installers, electricians, assistants), including task assignment, progress monitoring, and resolution of operational issues. * Conducting safety and hygiene inspections: verifying proper use of PPE, signage, working-at-height conditions, and appropriate tool handling. * Maintaining an up-to-date construction logbook with daily progress, incidents, material consumption, and photographic evidence. * Coordinating with suppliers and logistics for receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. * Timely reporting of progress, deviations, and risks to the Project Manager. * Participation in commissioning and functional testing of the photovoltaic system. * Management of project technical documentation: drawings, expert reports, permits from CFE, and project close-out files. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (degree certificate or professional license). * Preferred: certification in photovoltaic solar energy (CONOCER EC0586 or equivalent). Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical construction or solar installations. * Demonstrable experience in at least 2 commercial or industrial photovoltaic system installation projects. * Practical knowledge of NOM\-001\-SEDE and applicable electrical regulations. Knowledge and Skills * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Proficiency with electrical measurement equipment (multimeter, megohmmeter, clamp meter). * Knowledge of mounting systems, inverter types (string/micro), and optimizers. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, email, construction management applications). * Leadership ability, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to work under pressure with results orientation and commitment to deadlines.
