Continuous training and growth opportunities **Vacancy:** Collection Officer – Atlixco. **Position Profile:** We are looking for a Collection Officer to join our team at Caja Popular de Ahorros Yanga. As a **Collection Officer**, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective actions to ensure the recovery of outstanding loans. Through **field visits, phone calls, negotiations, and punctual follow-up**, you will contribute to reducing delinquency rates and maintaining the financial health of our institution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the assigned credit portfolio, ensuring consistent and effective follow-up. * Conduct **home visits, phone calls, delivery of notifications, and payment agreements**. * Negotiate with members repayment regularization strategies within current legal and financial frameworks. * Actively participate in special recovery campaigns and activities. * Receive payments when required and accurately record related information. * Document progress and agreements in internal collection systems. * Meet monthly targets for **recovery, reduction of delinquency, and control of migrated portfolio**. ### **Essential Requirements:** * High school diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience in field-based collections. * Familiarity with the local area and field routes. * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle is **mandatory.** * Knowledge of negotiation and collection techniques * Ability to use mobile devices and basic applications ### **We Offer:** * **Biweekly salary \+ commissions based on recovery** * **Monthly food vouchers.** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance.** * **Performance bonuses.** * **Financial leave.** * **Loans and payroll advances.** * **Birthday day off.** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ### **Do you want to join our team?**
