Flexible work-life balance encouraged. **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Quality Control Manager plays an essential role within AMZL ACES. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes throughout the processes of a package in the Last Mile Operations. Key job responsibilities * Ensure that all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) are up to date and available in Policy 2\.0 at all times. * Standard Audit Tool (SAT) monthly coordination * Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality with the aim to improve delivery quality. * Perform audits, assessments and deep dives of field processes and procedures. * Use logical thinking, analytical \& problem\-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement. * Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
